The Celtics and Suns battled back and forth through the entire second half, but it was the Celtics who tallied a victory, 25-22 in the end.  Timothy Pittman was flawless from the free throw line in the second half, recording a total of 16 points in the contest.  The Suns, led by point man, Ryan Williams, jumped out to an early lead in the second half behind Williams' team high 12 points, but it was not enough down the stretch.

The Spurs capped their sixth victory of the season behind an unstoppable defense, defeating the Sixers 17-15.  Joseph Sammons led the game with 8 points and 3 blocks, while Daniel Berg of the Sixers led his team with 6 points.

With that victory, the Spurs clinched the top seed in the playoffs with one week left to play in the regular season.  The Celtics have taken the second seed with a 3-2 mark this season, as the Sixers and Suns are deadlocked for third place going into the final week.
