Tar Heels Squeak Past Wildcats

The Tar Heels remained undefeated after upending the Wildcats, 25-20 last night at the Hockessin PAL. Michael White led the charge for the Tar Heels, dropping eight points, including two three-pointers. Both teams distributed the ball well and showed great defense throughout the game, especially in the first half, as the teams were deadlocked at ten apiece at the break. The game continued to go back and forth, but the Tar Heels took the lead as Michael White hit his second three pointer of the game with 4:15 left on the clock and never looked back.
The Spartans will return to action in hopes of their first win of the season as they will take part in the PAL double header next Monday night as they face the Wildcats at 5 and the Tar Heels at 6.
