pal weightroomThe Hockessin PAL is now offering adult drop-in sports & fitness programs! Here is a list of what we have to offer for participants 18 & over:

volleyballDrop-In Volleyball: Come in and play some volleyball for a minimal cost! Sessions are on Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday mornings from 9:00am until 11:00am and Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:15pm to 9:15pm. Call (302) 239-8857 for details.

Drop-In Weight Room: Monday through Thursday 9:00am-12:00pm. Come use the weight room for whatever work out you want to do. Come in the days you want and go at the pace you want. $3 per session.

Fitness Consultations: Speak one on one for one half hour with a certified personal trainer who will answer any dietary, nutrition, & exercise questions you may have. Price is $10. Set-up a self workout program ($10/4 weeks) or diet plan ($20/4 weeks)

Individual Training Sessions: Work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer in order to meet your health and fitness goals. Features designed workout programs geared towards your goals, age, body style, and experience.
          *Hours: Between 9am & 1pm; 7pm & 9pm
          *$12 dollars per individual session with no long term commitmentWeight-Lifting
          *3 sessions per week: $30/week or $100/month
          *5 sessions per week: $50/week or $160/month

Power Abs and Core: $4/session; $45/month - Strengthen your abs and core while promoting better balance, flexibility and stability. This fast pace, intense workout program is designed to shed that unwanted weight in your stomach while improving the way you look & feel.
          *MWF Classes: 8:30am-9:00am or 12:00pm-1230pm

Fat Burn Sweat: $6/session; $70/month - Intense, fast-pace program combines weight room exercises with light cardio in order to burn fat, increase metabolism, and improve your stamina.
          *MWF Classes: 9-10am or 10-11am

WeightsPlyometrics and Weight Room Cardio: $8/session; $60/month - This fitness program provides a different way to exercise; The high intensity, minimal rest program will help target muscles to burn fat and lose weight. Designed for the active adult.
          *Classes are: TuTh: 8-9am or 9-10am

Weekend Warrior: $8/session; $30/4 sessions; $60/8 sessions (Sat. & Sun.) - This program is designed by our certified trainers to focus on weight lifting & cardio for those who can only work out on the weekends.
          *Classes are: Saturday &/or Sunday 8-9am or 9-10am

Spartacus Training Program: $7/session; $7/month - This timed circuit training program offers aweightlifting1 high intensity workout designed for the participant with limited time. Participants will go through a series of stations combining cardio & weight room exercises in order to burn maximum fat, increase muscle tone, and get your heart rate going.
          *Classes are: Tues/Thurs/Fri 9-10 am, 10-11am, or 11-12pm

Senior Citizen Fitness: For Ages 50+; $6/session; $40/month - A great reason for senior citizens to get out of the house, get moving, & stay active. Light weight exercises with an emphasis on flexibility and balance will get your blood moving and improve your overall health & stamina.
          *Classes are: Tues/Thurs 9-10am or 10-11am

Bridal Boot Camp: $12/session; $130/month - Boot camp style workout designed to help participants burn fat and lose weight while toning your arms & legs before that big day. Designed for any and all participants in a wedding... It doesn*t have to be your wedding! Guaranteed to drop you down at least one dress size in only 4 weeks!
          *Classes are: Mon/Wed/Fri 11-12pm, 12-1pm or 7-8pm
